Location:Central London

We are looking for individuals with chef-in-charge/ management experience to lead our kitchen teams in our busy Masala Zone restaurants.

The Candidate:

  • At least 6-8 years’ cooking experience, including at least 4 years’ experience cooking Indian food in a reputable hotel in India
  • Should be passionate about cooking real Indian cuisine
  • Eligible to work in UK
  • Catering technical qualifications preferable
