Position: Sous Chefs – Indian Cuisine, or Banqueting / Outside Catering

Location: Central London

Salary Range: Competitive, including accommodation

Candidate Requirements

You will need:

  • At least 5 years’ CDP /Sous Chef experience at one of India’s top 5-star hotel Groups ;
  • 3 years range experience of Indian cuisine; and at least 2 years experience of a coffee shop in a leading hotel in India, busy Indian restaurant, or banquet kitchen;
  • Knowledge of curries of different regions of India an advantage;
  • A good HM&CT Diploma from a leading institution in India;
  • Complete command of written and spoken English;
